Terms and Conditions
Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and offer an alternative.
Pricing – Products are invoiced in GBP sterling at the price prevailing at the time you place your order and do not include delivery fees. All prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to update prices displayed from time to time.
Payment – You can pay for your order with most major credit cards and debit cards, by cheque or by cash in person at our shop.
Orders Containing Alcohol – The Cheese and Wine Basket and any bespoke hamper which contains alcohol may only be ordered by persons over the age of 18 years.
Delivery – Delivery times (UK and Northern Ireland):
We aim to deliver all orders within 2 working days or on the date specified by the purchaser.
Delivery is only on week days therefore we ship orders from Monday to Thursday to arrive Tuesday to Friday. Delivery is sent overnight from us on a next day delivery service. A signature is required to acknowledge delivery. Parcels can be left with a neighbour or in a nominated safe area e.g. garden shed if you are not present to receive the order. Please state clearly where the order can be left in the Delivery Instructions box on the order form.
Deliveries to offshore islands and Scottish Highlands may take longer and cost more – please check.

Cancellation – If you wish to cancel your order, please phone us. As we try to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If we receive notice of your cancellation in time, we will cancel the order and we will not debit your card.
Returns and Refunds – Returns are accepted only if the goods are damaged or spoiled. You must inform us within 24 hours of receipt by email or phone. Having assessed the nature of the problem, we will contact you regarding a return and/or refund.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights if goods are damaged or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
General – Our cheeses are produced using artisan methods and are therefore subject to seasonal availability and changes in shape/ size etc. All measurements and weights are approximate. If a cheese that has been ordered is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar cheese that is like-for-like in terms of quality, type, origin and price.
